Our Story

Redefining what "home" could mean

Octave Genesis is a 6,000 sq ft community project born from a simple question: what if home was more than just a place to sleep?

Five friends decided to answer that question together. We transformed a historic Brooklyn house into a modern urban sanctuary for community—a space where meaningful connections happen naturally.

After a year of construction, sweat, and unwavering vision, OG emerged as a living testament to what's possible when you build with intention and community at heart.

We are a Brooklyn-based intentional co-living community rooted in shared growth, creative living, and deep connection. We are a chosen family committed to building a home where people show up for themselves and each other—living with intention, caring for the collective, and creating space for joy, honesty, and transformation.
